Ms. Bava assists in the preparation of uniform franchise disclosure documents, and prepares state franchise registration applications and filings, facilitates and administers the registration process, and tracks registration effective periods for franchisors. She also prepares amended filings, annual disclosure document updates, and state franchise registration renewal applications and filings.
Ms. Bava was a former Director of Traffic and Clearance for a large broadcasting company based out of Dallas, and she has owned a broadcasting consulting firm and attended Prairie State College in Illinois.
