He has also represented such companies as, Super Clean Yacht Services, OrbitDrop, Inc, and RedBrick Pizza World Wide, Inc. With a degree in business, Dain has a keen understanding of franchise law and has negotiated contracts for both domestic and international franchise development deals. He resides in Orange County California with his wife and daughter.
